Paul Gunn

Paul Gunn was Squeeze’s drummer from 1974 to 1976. A school friend of Glenn, he recorded on all Squeeze’s early demos, but left after some unsuccessful studio recording time with Muff Winwood of Island Records.

He has since gone on to play on hit singles, appear on Top Of The Pops, record at some of the country’s top studios and play countless concerts across Europe.

Paul played on The Doll’s hit single “Desire Me” (pictured bottom right on back of sleeve) as well as “All Day And All Of The Night” by Bernie Torme and had huge critical acclaim with the highly collectable Haunted Staircase and their single “Flutters.” This was recorded with Philip Ridley, later to write film screenplays.

He currently plays in a band with Brian Bath, from Kate Bush’s band, called “Life Of Brian.”
